NO REFUND/RETURNS
We don’t offer refunds for the purchased software product those have been installed and Activated. For any dispute, please email to support@pointofsalegcc.com with your documents related to purchased software.
SOFTWARE SUPPORT
First year online support is free (Limited Support during office hrs “Mon – Fri” between 10am to 7pm) through anydesk/teamviewer/ultraviewer or whatsapp or live chat on website, if client need on-site visit then there will be charges for on-site visit – our accounts will issue the quotation, once it approved by client and pay advance amount then our technical team will visit the location for on-site technical support.
DATABASE AND DATA’S
If physical damage happening to the database(virus attack or file corrupted, file missing etc) future computers will recover the entire data without any losses, for this data recovery purpose, Must need a latest database backup copy which can generate from system, Client must take daily database backup to their system and keep in any external drive, Google drive etc.If client don’t have latest Db backup file, Then we will restore which is last available Db Backup from the system which taken by client or Our support team. Client must be informed before re-installation of OS or PC formatting, without a proper DB Backup future computer cannot possible to data recovery, In this condition future computers will not ready to take responsibility of the data lose, remember future computer supplying software only your valuable data with your hand, having data lose by the device(HDD,SSD, etc) Problems or any other hardware troubled things, without the proper DB Backup of database future computers, Can’t take the responsibility. . If any windows failure and reinstalled windows / the user using offline application software need to reinstall again and there will be scope of reinstallation basic charges will apply.
Note: Company is not responsible for any data lose, Must and Should user need to take database backup end of the day or during logout, system will ask to do database backup which user have to save in any local disk other than C drive for Desktop offline software users. Renewal Note: All W4YG’S POS Software users, Thers is charges for License and Support renewal after a completion of first year, Please contact info@pointofsalegcc.com for more info.
Addons: In Software, if Desktop or Cloud base the SMS/Email/Whatsapp features or any other third party tools are optional and not comes under software purchase. for more contact support@pointofsalegcc.com
Important Note: Software calculation/stock or any other related to accounts is all based on user entry in accurate way – company is not responsible for any lose or damage. If any bill error or bugs same time please pause working on software and contact our support team.
